Where can I find a lender to get me a VA home loan with 100% financing, 50% DTI and a middle score of 650?

I have been recently working with a lender, and have also sent in an app with lending tree. I am a 653 middle score, and currently have 0$ available down after paying off $8000 in credit debt inorder to raise my score. I have filed a BK before, it will be 3 years this august, and I did take down a house in that BK after a compan I worked for went under. I am now reastablished, however with a commisioned based job am having a difficult time getting pre approved I realize I will not be able to close until Sept 1st because of the bk needing to be 3 years out. Any help would be appreciated!
