My ex partner took out 3 separate loans with a money lender. At the time I knew nothing about them.?

My ex has disappeared and the moneylender has taken me to criminal court to pay back 100.000 euros which he says my ex owes him. ( My ex says he has paid the amount borrowed back but he has no paperwork) The moneylender says I was involved in the transactions which is a lie. The problem is my ex was being threatened with violence and I agreed to put a charge on my apartment for 30,000 to stop the threats. I have paid this into the court. I am registered totally disabled and the stress is affecting my health. The money lender thinks I am admitting guilt because I have paid 30,000 but I paid because I had signed for that amount, albeit under duress, and my ex had promised to pay it. There is no paperwork about these transactions. My lawyer does not seem to be fighting my case. Any advice?
