What does "Oh there is some salt on your shoulder" mean?

I keep hearing people saying this, does it mean like oh you are being sassy? I am very confused. I do not mean the myth of throwing salt over your shulder, i mean the new saying. Or if someone says ooooh salty, i also don't understand that o if someone could explain them i would be very greatful.
