How to get rid of acne ?

I am a teenager and I have my good and bad months with acne. Last three months my ance got really bad I am saying zitz here zitz everywhere it got so bad that people started telling me you have really bad acne there this kid I know that goes to my school he tells me stop masturbating I laugh and I am like shut up . He said I am serious stop masturbating and you see that your acne is going to stop. Like the stabern person I am I didn't Listin to the mates advice so two week past by my ance keeps getting worse till I start asking my mom for advice start reshearching for answer of how to get rid of my acne I try home remides and nothing works till I get tired and start thinking what do i do for acne to form and I started thinking I get up go to school and eat lunch and go to the gym eat dinner then do homework and then go to bed I left one big part what do I do in bed I masturbate. So I reambered the advice my mate gave me stop masturbating and I think to my self this kid has probley the most clean face ever maybe he is right. So I do some resheach on masturbation and see that some people say yes masturbation gives you acne other people say it doesn't. So I told my self well I am going to find the answer my self so for 2 full week I didn't masturbate and guess what no more brakeouts OMG. So after i saw there wasn't no more brakeout guess what I decide to do ooooh well one more time masturbating wouldn't affect ad guess what happens next morning a huge zit right in front of my nose. I was like crap! So I am not masturbating no more and decide to not masturbate I am telling you it isn't easy at all my hormones are like on fire at the night like all teen hormones are but if you are a person suffering with acne with a masturbation addication stop and try to stop masturbating and don't believe what I say how about you try it yourself and see If this is really a true claim I am doing. I don't have clear skin I have acne scares right now but no more brakeouts.
