Report it to the BBB. Better business bureau. Tell them you reported them and that might make them change there mind on geving you what's rightfully yours. You might even have to go to court on this situation. Keep all your reciepts and right down all that you can remember about the conversations you had with anyone you remember talking to and the time, dates everything.
